Emma was so friendly and professional when she came to my home. She was very careful and done a thorough job of getting a stain out of my lounge carpet. She also cleaned a few stains from my bedroom carpet at no extra cost. I would highly recommend. She said she would drop off a bottle of stain remover which she did.
