Ordered clothing items in May of 2020 for my wife's birthday in June, and despite follow-up with their customer service area online a number of times, never received items. Followed up again with customer service recently, received a "ticket" item, and was told that now that 6 months have passed, it is too late for a refund or for them to send the items.
