I ordered a long, chunky cardigan, from Rotita. Very appealing photograph, in the ad - just what I was looking for. The item that arrived bore no resemblance to the photo, it was cheap fabric, had misaligned sleeves and hem and was short. Nowhere near the hip length in the photo and not chunky knit, thin instead. I was dismayed to see that I was supposed to pay return postage, for this poor quality and faulty item. Going on their chat space, I asked about a refund of postage and got an equivocal reply. I am supposed to pay £20 to send it tracked, to New Jersey, USA, although it was made and sent from China and that's where the Chat people are based. A scam, be warned.
