I'm disgusted that Google is still displaying ads for this horrible company. Pictures of their goods are fantastic but after seeing them in person, they couldn't be considered as anything but waste. Size, fit, and quality aren't worth donating to a thrift store. If I hadn't used Paypal I never would have got any money back! Even then, I ended up paying my own shipping back to an address in New Jersey. The company tried to say the items were used and damaged to get out of returning my money, but they were still in original packaging. My experience with Rotita changed my shopping habits forever! If a company doesn't have a phone number and a physical address I will never order from them, no matter what their pictures look like
