I have placed two orders with Rotita. The first one was fine - it arrived within the estimated date and the products generally fit. The second order has been a nightmare. It was placed on April 1, supposed to ship by April 5. Then it was April 11. Then April 30. It's now May 5 and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I've had multiple email exchanges with customer service and all they can do is 'urge shipment'. I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't order again.
