I ordered 3 items to meet criteria for free shipping. They sent 2. I waited for 3 months, they created a "store credit" and credited me the amount fro the third item even though online it shows "in stock". I was told to just reorder it then with the credit but I would have to buy more to qualify for free shipping (which I already did in original order) or pay new shipping fees.
