Rotita as well as a few other companies (all of which I am sure are the same companies operating under different names) use the same shipping partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC. This company has no customer service at all. I have repeatedly asked Rotita to reach out to them no avail. The order in question was placed 12-2-22 and was told the latest day of receipt by me would be 12-24-22. Obviously this did not happen. It was an anklet, hat and shirt. The order placed after this one was already delivered. I have expressed multiple times that I believe this package to be lost as it has been in the same location being scanned multiple times for over 2 weeks.
Rotita owes me compensation for this frustrating experience.

I will be leaving more bad reviews unless I am compensated for this issue.
At this point I believe I am entitled to some form of compenstation.
Your customer service is like speaking with aliens and I need to say "TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER" They just keep saying it will be updated in a week, please to wait.
Really????? Your answer is to shut up and keep waiting????
