I gave them a 4 star because the delivery took longer than I was told in checkout (especially because I paid a shipping upgrade to get it faster). There is tracking on the shipment, although it's not as detailed as the tracking we are used to in the States. The products are of decent quality; I mean these prices are so cheap you can't expect designer quality here, folks! The clothes do run smaller than usual...read the sizing chart and order-up in size. I ordered swimwear and a jumpsuit and they are actually very flattering! Overall, I'd do it again...just expect about a month to get the shipment (from China).
