I bought a lot of stuff from their website because I wanted to try them on and then return if I didn't like them. They have a 30 days return policy so I thought that would be no problem. The items got a long time to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. I had no idea it came from China. When I finally got the items I decided to return most of them. And then I started getting emails saying there were issues with the returned items. That they didn't match the description, items were used or damaged, all kind of weird stuff. So I went online to find out more about the company and I run into all these reviews complaining about Rotita charging for items never received or never reimbursing returns. I was sure I was going to be one of those cases (which was more than $300 for me). I was about to accept my loss when I get an email saying they had processed my return and reimbursed all my money. They also asked for a good review. Maybe they are trying to change their public image or something. So I wanted to share my experience. Hopefully they continue being honest with their customers as they were with me.
