It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a shirt and I can't get an answer to where my package is. It says that the item shipped, however, USPS hasn't acknowledged receipt of the package. If I could give no stars, I would. Customer service says it will take 1 to 3 days for the shipper to get back with them with info on where my package is. It shouldn't take 1 to 3 days to get this info. You should be able to get the tracking info right away. If and when I get the item, I will review again as to the quality of the item that I purchased. According to all of the reviews I have read on getting your money back, it is almost impossible to do. I know I will never order from this site ever again.
