They do their max to find you the best price, they are understanding ( I had a problem with my Visa card I was waiting for it. And they hold my ticket option a bit longer and as much as they could), very nice people to talk to ( i did travel with them a few years ago and I still remember they were part of my trip : for making it easier from the beginning and cheaper) I did recommend them many times and I will continue !
