I booked my round-the-world trip with the Company a couple of years ago now - in Jan 2012 - and headed off on a 3 month sabbatical to New Zealand, via Thailand, Singapore, Bali and Australia (coming back via the USA). During that time, I had a few problems in Bali (severe mozzie bites!) and really felt the need to escape to Australia sooner than planned. I contacted the Company, explained my dilemma, and they got back to me very quickly and got my flights altered for me - for which I shall be eternally grateful. It was a bit of a safety net for me, being able to contact someone in the UK, particularly as I was a novice (and older - 58year old) traveller. I would happily book through them again, and have indeed recommended them to others.
