Spanish family RTW in summer 2013.
Initial contact by mail produced a reasonably accurate and quick feedback. Meeting in the London office allowed to focus the RTW trip, providing valuable options and excellent guidance. The final trip was arranged easily by mail in the following weeks and transfers and documentation exchange proceeded smoothly.
Minor changes to the schedule were timely communicated. Fortunately, no further assistance was needed during the RTW.
Overall, very satisfied. Would contact again in case a RTW was possible in the future.
