I contacted Geoff at RTW Flights via e mail with a loose itinerary of the places we wanted to visit on our planned trip, taking in Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and Bali. He was swift in replying and put together a series of flights (17 in total) that came back at a reasonable price. After a few adjustments to suit our needs we decided to book. RTW Flights organised visas for Australia also. Even after the money was taken, Geoff was available to call via telephone, and quick to reply to e mails with queries. All in all, the trip was a success and all the flights booked went according to plan without any trouble at any airports. I can recommend RTW Flights and would not hesitate to book with them again.
