Had lots of issues with this company when the pandemic hit, however they had our deposit so we continued to use them for our postponed wedding in 2023. Once again to start with great customer service. On the big day the bus driver refused to stay for photographs as he had another booking, therefore me and my husband did not get any photographs at all with the bus, I didn’t even see my wedding names on the bus. When I brought this up after our wedding I got absolutely no where not even an apology. Such a bad service… I never leave bad reviews but I was appalled at the total lack of care they had! Even though we paid extra for this and it was on our paperwork.
