The booking was very easy, and logistics were explained clearly and in advance of the event. I was given contact details of the driver and an iteniary was agreed. On the day, the driver turned up on time and my guests tell me that the staff were helpful and friendly. The bus was decorated and had the wording that I had requested. It was a real attraction for guests and passers-by, as I had hoped it would be! The only negative feedback I have from my guests was that it was very hot on the bus and there was no a/c- if there had been AC, I think it would have been a 5/5.
