The customer service at RouteMaster Hire was very good, they were completely in control of the booking and the arrangements and I did not have to worry about reconfirming or anything as they contacted me and were very proactive. The bus was amazing! and the service was great! would recommend to anyone looking for transport for any occasion. Very reliable!
