The service we received from Routemaster Hire Ltd was second to none. The communication with Jennie in the office beforehand was prompt and efficient; the beautiful and very clean bus arrived early and the conductor texted me to tell me they were outside. The delegates at the conference LOVED their ride through London and thought the guide was hilarious. All in all absolutely brilliant all round and would definitely recommend and use them again!
