I signed up to your insurance, I am unable to make an online account due to an error with your system, I have called your company several times and they have been very unhelpful saying things like call back in few hours and if it still doesn't work when we get to it. I had to call four times to get my query raised to IT and I still have had no update and I am without working appliances which is affecting my mental health. I am shocked at the poor level of customer service and I cannot believe I am still waiting for some sort if update or resolution.
