I paid good money for deep cleaning my new house and Royal sent me two “technicians” - one of whom was in training and had no clue what she was doing so I was paying by the hour for her to slowly figure her way out through the cleaning. They took almost 6 hours and she basically ended up just cleaning and polishing windows and doors. Worst of all, she used a heavy duty scouring scrub on my glass barriers and left scratch marks before I noticed and stopped her. And even worse still is the company itself! After explaining the damage and poor service, I was barked at by the supervisor who also did not bother to follow up with repairs they promised. Do not do business with these people!
