Premièrement, ils n’ont jamais confirmé mon rendez-vous. Le technicien est arrivée chez moi sans préavis. Deuxièmement l’estimation du nettoyage de mon divan était de 160$ avant taxes au téléphone mais arrivée sur place, le technicien c’est mis à m’ajouter plusieurs extra. 60$ pour si, 40$ pour ce produit (ect) la facture est grimpée à 400$ !!!!! Et en plus, ils osent me demander du pourboire sur la machine interact !!! Je déconseille complètement cette compagnie !
