Permanent Ban - Do not trust this website - they will hold no accountability even if evidences indicated that they made a mistake This would be my first time writing a very bad review. I did not want to have things end like this. Last November 20, I asked to be quoted for 3 services that would be paid by OSRS GP. When we agreed with the pricing, I first asked if this service and transaction is safe (unbannable) in which the staff replied with yes. We proceeded with the trade and they used a low level account for it. Being guaranteed safety by their team, I went ahead with the transaction and the boost started. Later in the day, I was notified by their staff that my account got Permanently banned. I was in distraught. There was no recent transaction on the account other than theirs and historically, they are the only ones I've been transacting with. I've received no warnings from Jagex in the past and yet, I get slammed by a perma ban immediately. I've calmly reported the facts to the Management team of RPG Stash and the resolution was "10% account voucher and 10M gp as start-up funds". My main account had a bank value of 2.38B and the infernal cape run was about 1B. They do not want to admit to their own negligence in handling it the transaction: 1. They used a low level account who could have been flagged by jagex for RWT resulting in an immediate perma ban on my part. 2. Should they have said that there would be risks, I wouldn't have gone through the transaction. Clearly the ones handling the chat just wants to get the sale and doesn't care about the repercussion of the buyer. 3. The Manager who e-mailed me, after explaining thoroughly the events and history of the account, even tried accusing me if I have other external people who handled my account. I told them that I only had them handle my account. All purchased items and GP from the past, I've only got it from them. Their traders are compromised and does not want to acknowledge it. Even Suggested I buy in increments in which I have done so in the past. I asked them to check my historical purchases and yet their minds are close about it. A favorable resolution was to reimburse me of the bank value+amount traded that led to the ban in a form of a cash back. I even resulted in just refunding the amount traded and did not mind the value of the bank and the value of the account (progress wise, unlockables and achievements). All I was asking was for accountability with what happened. They will just find some fault with the buyer even if all evidences pointed out that they genuinely f**cked up. I urge future buyers to stay away from this site. If you love your account, get out while its not too late. I've learned my lesson and I won't be making the same mistakes. I hope the next potential customers would learn from my testimony. P.S. I've also sent screenshots of the conversation with the staff + the traded amount and the bank value and I am willing to share this with potential future customers to ensure that this does not happen again.
