transaction was a success no issues with payment or delivery could be improved however, firstly the chests did not show in inv until i contacted customer service i would hope that in future these could just be given upon successful payment automatically as it would make new customers more likely to think they have been scammed having to contact chat just to get the chests delivered let alone the items once opened. secondly i feel the odds are againts you in a dramtic way i opened 16 chests and the most i won was 2m cash in 16 chests total came to about 6m gp which cost about £11 which of course could have been just spent on straight gp and got a extra 4-5m gp, if the chests are going to be weighted to less valued items then i suggest upping the value of the lower side so the loss is only about 2-3m gp compared to buying straight gp this way you still gain profit and the customer doesnt feel like they have been let down and just go to another shop increasing return customer profit base. overall i cant fault the website the customer service was easy and fast the delivery of the items once the chests were opened was excellent no complaints just improvements.
