Let me start off by saying your user support is fantastic, best I have seen in a long time, Wen specifically has been very helpful. I wish you would have more information about the autoleveling process because it was a pain getting that up and going and used more time that I thought necessary. You could tell people there account needs to be a member account, the authenticator needs to be turned off, ect. I was also quoted 2 mil on your leveling cost and was asked to have 5 mil in the account. Not too much trouble but I would have been better to know that upfront. The loot boxes seem fun but I wish you would post odds and the algorithm you use to select the prize, at the moment it does not seem to be very random due to lack of transparency, and it seems worth more just to purchase gold.
