You were recommended by a colleague. And I hear you have a good reputation from a friend in the trade. My experience as follows: 1. Poor communication, I had to chase you up to find out there was a backlog on parts. The service took two weeks, I should have been kept in the loop. Phone calls have not been returned. 2. Having had the car for two weeks, the service record wasn’t even completed. I’m sure the work carried out to your professional standards.
