Terrible! I ordered a pair of brushing boots for my horse, using the images and selection categories provided online, only to receive a completely different set of boots which were not even among the items listed for sale. Tried emailing to find out about an exchange and whether I might have to pay additional postage costs (due to r&r’s mistake) to return the item and received no reply except this automated email asking for feedback.
