RTC installed damp-proofing and replastered our entire living room and half of the kitchen and we are extremely happy with the results. Jack and Matt managed to get it all done in 8 days, cleaning up after work each day so we were able to access the rooms during the evening. As I work from home, I asked them to make sure the wifi router was kept on throughout and they were happy to help with that, so I had no issues with working through the time they were in the house. The lads were very approachable and friendly, and didn't mind me asking questions throughout the process. They would give me a run-down of the work done at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The work they did was clean and tidy and as I say, we were very happy with the results. The rest of the team at RTC deserves a mention as well. Sam and Ben who gave the survey and contract meeting respectively were very helpful with my queries during the process. And Emma, Stacey and Hayleigh were all very helpful with assisting me before and after the work, either by phone or email. All in all, we'd definitely recommend RTC.
