To all of Rubberduck Bathrooms clients be very very aware to the return policy
I recently bought a item for £38 and this item was 2.2meters long and weighs 2kg
I request to return it back and that’s when my problem started because Royal Mail and Parcelforce would not take the item due to its length and DHL was the cheapest Courier company and charged £38
I spoke to Rubberduck bathrooms and their policy is that they do not reimburse postage so I was left with the goods I don’t want because it is uneconomical viable to return
