Fantastic customer service from ordering, delivery and aftercare. We bought shower panels with adhesive trims etc. I had trouble getting a discount code to work with my online order, when I called the person literally talked me through the process so I could use the online discount code. We had under ordered trim, they dispatched one extra super quick so as not to delay our project. We noticed 2 of the sealant were cream not white, they replaced these on next day delivery at no cost (even when I hadn’t checked the delivery properly within the first 24hrs). My husband fitted the shower room and when he had a question during the process, he called them and they were really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Seriously, one of the best companies I have ever bought from. And the product is not notch quality. Highly recommended. Very very happy customer. Thank you.
