I popped into this lovely store back in March to see if it would be possible for a jewelry alteration. The lady who I spoke to was Jess, who was so lovely, a real credit to the store. Jess offered to send the jewellery, which required alterations, for a quote. Whilst I was in the store I asked about a piercing. I was delighted when Jess offered to do the piercing there and then. The whole process was very thorough and professional. I popped back to the store again today to collect my jewellery and had another piercing at the same time. Jess was so warm, friendly and brightens up your day. Would highly recommend.
