Ruby themselves were excellent but the delivery company was not. The 2 young strong men were very reluctant to carry the planters any further than they had to. They wanted to leave them in the car port which is attached to the road but not the house. They were persuaded to take them to the front door but no further as they said they could not enter the property, although our house is detached and they did not need to. We are both over 70 and had to commission someone to move them. Ruby did compensate us for this and say they have contacted the company to stop it happening again.
