I was in Lexington va for a very bad family situation. We ate dinner on Thanksgiving there the waitress was awsome and very attentive. Our appetizer was extremely small for the price . Our food came after 2 bites I realized my chicken was raw in the middle. The waitress was very apologetic. It took about 15 minutes to get a new plate of food while my girlfriends food got cold waiting to eat together. The manager came by and said they used a thermometer on the chicken and it read done . She wasn't very unprofessional about the situation. Not that I wanted anything but was not offered anything off the meal,not even a free drink or anything. The waitress would make a much better manager than her.
