If I had been the older lady I would have left but no she just apologized to us and kept on working with a smile. I looked it up and verbal abuse and bodily harm is against the law. When a asked the older woman the young ladies name she said daisha something or another. This happened on a Friday in Troy Al. To witness such horrible attitude towards another human coworker is horrible. I hope the older lady is ok. I don't think I will be returning for a while to witness another instance such as this.
