Wasn’t disappointed After our old (20yr+) boiler broke it was time for a new one. We didn’t know anyone that had used Rudkin & Herbert before and after reading reviews we decided to go with them….. They didn’t disappoint. From when Ian came out and reassured us that it could be changed to when Cameron appeared on the day of works. Cameron is a credit to the company. He was always on time, polite and courteous. He laid carpet protector down on all areas that he would be working, cleaned up after himself every day and left us with water. He mostly worked on his own and had additional support pop in when they were free. Took ½ a day longer than quoted (price didn’t change) but this did not impact on the works carried out. Had an issue with our bathroom radiator after (not a fault of the installation) Paul came out the day that I rang and sorted the issue within minutes. I am now saving for a new bathroom and will not hesitate to us this company for the works.
