For high traffic areas these rugs are better than the wool rugs that shed. Their rugs are unique and I love the concept. The runner we bought does the job. It’s difficult to tell from the website what the actual rug will look like. Their prices are attractive. You can only communicate with Ruggables via email. Hard to get a reply when you want to cancel, exchange or return your order. They charge $25 as a return processing fee plus shipping, which I could swallow if it wasn’t so hard to get replies to emails. Personally, I prefer spending my hard earned $s with a company that I can easily reach.
