The single biggest issue is lack of communication on your website about lead time. Not understanding in stock status or any idea on required lead time is frustrating. I may have taken a different approach on my order my choosing a different rug if I had known at purchase time this rug would take so long to deliver.
That said, I reached out to your customer service team and they were quick to respond and provide feedback and kept me aware of status.
