The rugs are beautiful and pricing was incredible, however delivery was a disaster....I was call by a delivery service and was told I had to be home for the delivery.I changed my day to be home for the delivery and the late mopping of the delivery was called and informed it was canceled......so a week and a half later I was called on a Saturday out of the blue, the rugs were being delivered that afternoon. Came around 3 in the afternoon and of course it was raining and I had them put in the garage...signed off on the delivery......a couple hours later I went to move the rugs and realized the plastic was torn and ripped to shredded on both upon further inspection one of the rugs was severely soiled.....at that point as I went to look at the paper work and read that i needs to claim upon delivery. I had the rug cleaned as i really love it and knew I would get any help.
