I ordered a rug March 3, 2021. I emailed your company March 15, 2021 requesting an approximate shipping date and was told it would be 4-6 weeks longer. My complaint is that I had to reach out to you for my order status. I feel your company should have corresponded with me about the delay. If I had known it was going to take 6 weeks to get my rug, I would've ordered elsewhere. It's good business for the company to keep their purchasers notified and/or updated on their items. I've been notified today, April 16, that my rug has been shipped.
