I placed an order around 6:00 pm on a Friday evening. Over the weekend I realized I had ordered the wrong rug and sent an email requesting that my order be cancelled. I also completed the cancellation form. This was over Memorial Day weekend and I was told that my order would most likely be cancelled by a representative that received my emails since it was a holiday. I frequently checked my status over the weekend and did not see any action. To my surprise I was notified Tuesday that my order has been shipped. I just don’t understand why a business would not make every effort to stop or return shipment before it was on its way. I am so disappointed that I have to pay for shipping the order back.
