I received a beautiful rug and then realized I needed a rug pad. I chatted with them online and was advised to buy the same size pad as rug and that the pads were always a bit smaller. The pad arrived and was much larger. I was certain they would want to send another however I was not apologized to, but simply told to cut it down with scissors. All fine and good I suppose if you have the physical capabilities of doing that. Which I do not and they just don’t care 🤷♀️
