I had concerns ordering a rug online. Labor shortages, Covid-19 pressures, shifty online sites, etc... BUT RUGSDONERIGHT is legit!!! Outstanding customer service from the get go. I was considering ordering when RDR sent me a 20% off coupon. I had problems applying the discount. I called RDR and they did it for me and told me I would have it in less than 10 days. It came in about half that!!! Looks great and was 20% cheaper!!!
