Excellent Customer Service support! I had an issue creating an account, but it was quickly and easily resolved when I called Customer Service. My call was immediately answered by a “real” person at the company site, not a person at an offsite call bank , reading from a script. I wasn’t sent into oblivion waiting on hold, and the person who answered was very knowledgeable. I also appreciate immediately receiving information on how to care for my rug, remove stains, etc. Thank you for incredible assistance!
