Well, we ordered our rug on Sept.5th and it is just now, Jan. 29th on it's way to us. We verified it was in stock prior to ordering, then never heard from anyone for two weeks before we initiated contact to find out the shipping status. The reply was "oh, let us check with the warehouse". Then, "oh gee, someone came and bought the only one that was in stock." Hmmm, smoke and mirrors. Then the rug had to be woven in Nepal, which is fine, just be honest in the communication! No one initiated any contact with us to be proactive, we had to do all the legwork to keep track of the order. Not impressed!
