Ordered a product online but after paying was told it was out of stock. I believe in supporting local businesses compared to larger chain stores. I was promised a refund but I’m still chasing them. Emails are ignored and empty promises over the phone of a refund. Having read the glowing reviews thought that this was a trustworthy establishment. If something needs resolving expect to spend hours of your time chasing them. I’m sure others have had great service but when they can’t resolve a simple refund, I would think twice about using this place again.
