The support I received from Run and Become in ordering my new trainers was first class. Whether it was by e-mail or by phone they could not have been more helpful. I've already worn my new shoes on two good length walks, one up and down hill, and they've caused me no trouble whatsoever. Seriously good service during this lockdown period and before that in their Edinburgh shop (note there was a hiccup the first time I bought in store but it was fully acknowledged and rectified). I'll be buying from them again, for sure.
