This has to be the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I have been fighting with this company following finding faults in all four stools I purchased. Yes this July 2022. I have been fob off time and time again. I’ve actually requested for them to come and view the faults after sending numerous photos. Their customer service care is the worst I’ve ever had to endure. If you purchase these stools watch out for the rods on the seat of the stools as mine were cut shorts which means left a gap/dip. I’ve asked about their complaints process and nothing. Even asking for their owners email address. I wish you luck with this company. They will most certainly take this review down but trust me I’ll continue to post it as had enough of being treated in a terrible manner!!! Tried to upload photos but what a surprise wouldn’t let me!!!
