Usually ok if a little jaded at times. Bought a £150 jacket there a while ago, In person at Whitwell. (I was reminded of this when friends were disappointed with reception there for E bike service)
Jacket sold, £150 handed over. Almost too much effort to fold it up, let alone provide a bag. Couldn’t wait to see me leave, which I did for while to come. Shame, had some good service there in the past.
