WE STILL WILL BE CONTACTING SHAW AGAIN....................NO ONE OTHER THAN RYAN'S EMPLOYEE'S HAVE EVALUATED THE CARPET. WE FEEL WE ARE DUE A MONETARY SETTLEMENT FOR THE DISSAFACTION WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. OBVIOUSLY A RYAN'S EMPLOYEE WILL NOT GIVE A FAIR ASSESSMENT OF THE CARPET. IN THE FUTURE WE POSSIBLE WILL FILE WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE ETC.......................................
