It was the customer service agent that made be so happy. There is so much complaining these days and so little praise. Well, Lisa who I spoke with today showed exemplary customer service from the minute the conversation started. A tiny issue about an unusual button missing from the cuff of my new shirt when I opened the packaging was sorted with a call back within 5 mins of the first conversation. She'd searched in "the box of buttons" and found exactly what I needed.
