Fantastic customer service. I bought a pair of boots 8 months ago and the quality was wonderful. unfortunately the zip broke on one. I contacted Rydale to ask about getting it mended and they offered to replace them FOC. The CS team were absolutely lovely from start to finish, can't recommend them highly enough. And their boots are gorgeous.
